Intent and decisions stay with you; agents do the work in between, with a clear handoff at every step. I build this workflow in the open as three pieces you can use together or alone: isolated task spaces, intent in your own words, and staged runs with a human gate at each stage.

Plans start from your intent and taste, and the work you hand off comes back to you at each stage. Each tool covers a different point in that flow, and any one works on its own.

One task folder per feature across one repo or many. Refresh, land, and push with short commands, and see which AI agent is waiting on you from the menu bar.

Write your intent in your own words and keep it as local Markdown. Open what AI makes in a separate workspace without replacing the original.
